Uptimepage is for teams that want to hear about an outage before their customers do, get the right person on it, and keep everyone informed, without paying for three separate products.
What it watches: websites and APIs over HTTP, TCP ports, DNS records, TLS certificates, domain expiry, ping, cron jobs and background workers through heartbeats, and full browser login flows. Probes run in North America, Europe and Asia, and an incident opens only when most regions agree, so one bad network path pages nobody.
Who it wakes up: on-call schedules rotate daily, weekly or on your own cycle, with overrides for holidays and shift swaps. If nobody acknowledges, the escalation policy moves to the next level. Alerts go to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, PagerDuty, SMS, email and more.
What customers see: a branded status page that posts incidents as they open and resolve, keeps 90 days of history, and lets visitors subscribe for updates.
Monitors and status pages can be managed through a REST API, Terraform or an MCP server. The Standard plan is free with no card, paid plans start at $9 a month, and the source is AGPL-3.0 for anyone who would rather self-host.
